I often get a lot of questions about Impact Church’s partnerships. It is impossible to plant a church without the support of other churches and believers! So, for the next couple of weeks I’m going to introduce you to a few of our partners helping us plant Impact Church.
This week, I wanted to introduce you to the missionaries that Impact Church has partnered with over the past year. I am including their contact information in hopes that you will e-mail & encourage them and let them know you are praying for their mission.
Meet Erin Mehaffey. She is a missionary in Germany reaching college students in Tubingen, Germany. She actually grew up in Northern VA and graduated college at Auburn University in 2011. She has been at Impact Church several times before moving to Germany a little over a year ago. She will be back worshipping with us this summer!
Here is Gerda Keseru. She was born and raised in the nation of Hungary. She has an amazing testimony of how God saved her and called her to do His work. She now reaches young people through the ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ (CRU). We hope that our partnership will not only allow her to advance The Gospel but for us to be a part of reaching the Hungarian people as well!
Meet Lindsey Grathwol. She is originally from Northern Virginia (Centreville) and is a graduate of George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. She now works for Campus Crusade for Christ (CRU) as a communication coordinator in Pennsylvania at CRU’s Mid-Atlantic Regional office. Lindsey visited Impact Church several times before departing for this adventure a little over a year ago.
This is Ben & Mary Cook. They are missionaries in Tanzania through Young Life. Their mission is to impact the lives of students throughout Africa with The Gospel. They work at an international school interacting with students from all different countries and faith backgrounds. They visited Impact Church a little over a year ago and updated us on the work they were doing!
From day 1, we wanted to be a generous church that supported those taking The Gospel places we were not quite ready to go to yet. Who are some missionaries you personally support? Comment below.
